A little knowledge about bike frame size!
Bikes may have nominal sizes, such as extra small to extra large, or they may have centimeter dimensions (for example, Trifox’s Carbon Road Bike Frame X10 is available in 52cm, 54cm, 56cm, 58cm, (in 2cm increments) and 49 cm). Manufacturers typically recommend a range of heights for each size.

In the past, road frames often had seats and top tubes of equal length, and their top tubes were parallel to the ground (as shown in the picture in the header). The frame size in centimeters corresponds to the length of the seat tube. Mountain bike frames have a sloping top tube (ie not parallel to the ground) from the start, and most road frames have a similar design.
Height range is a rough guide, people can have relatively long legs based on height and vice versa. Your local bike shop will be able to help you determine the correct size yourself.
